Make Your Own... Rat Cocktail!

As we know, one of Roland's favourite dishes to eat is caviar and chips - a subtle blend from both ends of the culinary spectrum. But after a hard day's filming, what does he like to drink? A Rat Cocktail, that's what! We've managed to track down Roland's own recipe and instructions.

Serves One - Ingredients

1 Banana
3 Fresh Strawberries
3 Scoops Of Strawberry Ice Cream
1/2 Pint (275ml) Fresh Milk
Double Cream
Grated Chocolate For Garnish

Roland's own method to be carefully followed:-

1. Find a glass, or a pink bucket
2. Peel banana
3. Chop up the fruit
4. Thrown in the ice-cream
5. Sling in the milk
6. Mix vigorously
7. Slop cream on top
8. Chuck over chocolate bits
9. Get straw
10. Slurp it!
